When our family decided to sell our Mom's house we chose Karen Derwin, a realtor with The Cascade Team. She met with us a year before we were going to put the house up for sale to provide us guidance on what we'd need to do to get it ready to sell. After that meeting she continued to provide us guidance and answered our questions. When we were ready to sell the house she was there to again offer up suggestions on what would help sell the house. When the house went on the market it took a couple of weeks before we had three offers for more than the asking price. Karen worked with the family to describe all the offers so that we could make the right choice. From that point she coordinated all the paperwork, the inspection, the appraisal, etc. It took just a little over a month to close on the house. We really appreciate Karen Derwin's knowledge of the local market, her willingness to answer all our questions quickly, and just her willingness to help us through this process as it was tough for my family to sell my Mom's house.
